TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SOL STUDIO

Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

All bookings and payments are managed via Momence. Membership fees are collected automatically. Your first payment is taken at checkout, and recurring billing begins once you attend your first class. Membership fees are non-refundable, including missed classes or partial membership periods.

Class allowances depend on your selected membership or class pack. Access is based on the tier purchased. Grip socks are required for all classes.

One freeze per membership term is permitted (7–30 days, requested in writing). Freeze time does not count toward your membership term.

Founding Memberships are fixed-term (12 months), non-refundable, and may only be cancelled early for medical reasons with official documentation.

All participants must complete the Liability Waiver prior to attending. All classes and activities are undertaken at your own risk.

Sol Studio may adjust class schedules, instructors, or facilities as required. Temporary closures or timetable changes do not entitle members to refunds or extensions.

By purchasing a membership or booking a class, you agree to these Terms and our Cancellation Policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY – SOL STUDIO

All bookings are made via Momence.

*Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class to receive your credit back.

* Cancellations made within 24 hours of class start time will result in loss of that class credit.

* No-shows will result in loss of the class credit.

* Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking access.

We operate small class sizes and pay instructors fairly.

This policy protects our team and ensures availability for other members.

By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
