For those cleared by a healthcare professional, we rebuild core strength, restore pelvic floor function, and regain body confidence. Babies up to 9 months or less mobile are welcome.

REFORMER BURN
A high-energy fusion of Barre endurance and Jumpboard cardio, designed to elevate your heart rate while sculpting and strengthening. Expect controlled pulses, powerful low-impact jumps, and a final Reformer lengthening sequence to restore and rebalance.
Men’s Only Reformer Pilates
A dedicated class for men, suitable for all abilities. This session focuses on developing core strength, improving mobility and refining movement patterns using the reformer. Pilates can help support posture, reduce back discomfort and complement other forms of training, while building strength and control throughout the body.
