ABOUT US

Movement has always been at the heart of Megan’s life. After nearly three decades of training and performing professionally across stage and film, she understands first-hand the power of thoughtful, supportive movement. Pilates was an integral part of her training at dance college, helping her build strength, prevent injury, and stay grounded throughout the physical demands of performance.

She originally qualified as a Reformer Pilates instructor with one of the industry’s leading educator institutes and has now been teaching for just over five years. She is also qualified in Pre- and Postnatal Pilates and trained as a yoga instructor. Committed to continual professional development, Megan has completed extensive advanced training with APPI and now serves as a presenter for them, mentoring and educating fellow instructors.

Movement has been transformative in her own life, and her aim is to help others experience that same strength, confidence, and sense of joy. Her teaching reflects her belief that strength, control, and mindfulness work in harmony to create lasting, meaningful results — empowering every client she works with.

Daisy grew up dancing, and movement has always been a huge part of her life. After discovering Pilates whilst living in Australia, she quickly found a love for the impact it had on her own posture, core strength, and overall well-being, along with the sense of reconnecting with elements of her dance history - moving with precision, control and intention.

Daisy is Stott Certified in both Matwork & Reformer Pilates. With a desire to continue learning, she has recently completed pre and post-natal training and remains inspired to further her knowledge to better support her clients at every stage of life.
